Wandering: Belgrano. C. / China Town

Tuve una semana algo ocupada con la llegada de mi cuñado desde los Estados Unidos. Mi hermana tuvo la maravillosa idea de llevarlo a conocer el Barrio Chino y visitar algunos lugares de Belgrano C.

Belgrano se encuentra en la zona norte de Capital Federal y es una de las localidades más bellas para conocer.

I´ve had a busy week since my brother in law came from the United States. My sister had the wonderful idea to take him to China Town and visit some places in Belgrano C.

Belgrano is situated in Downtown-North and is one of the most beautiful locations to discover.

La arquitectura es maravillosa, algunos de los edificios son clásicos, y otros más modernos, pero la mayoría posee pequeños detalles como cortinas y plantas en balcones y  ventanas, que dan un toque elegante y sofisticado característico de la zona.

The architecture is wonderful, some of the buildings are classical and there are some modern ones too. Most of them have these little details such as curtains and lots of plants on balconies and windows that give an elegant and sophisticated touch which is characteristic of the area. 

La estética y el diseño se hacen presentes en muchos de los negocios locales. Uno de mis favoritos es la verdulería y frutería Zucchini, cuya decoración hace a uno querer entrar .Y una vez dentro, encontrarse con productos accesibles y de buena calidad , demuestra que la belleza interior es tan buena como la  belleza del exterior.

Aesthetic and design are featured in many local shops. One of my favourites is the grocery store named Zucchini which decoration makes you want to get inside. And once you are there, finding good quality and affordable products shows that the inner beauty is as good as the outer beauty.

En el Barrio Chino, podemos encontrar bazares y regalerías, negocios de indumentaria, florerías, supermercados exclusivos de alimentos asiáticos, variedad de restaurantes, centros culturales, iglesias y mucho más.
Uno de los lugares que debemos visitar sin duda es el BuddhaBA . Un hermoso restaurante con cafetería, galería de arte y jardín oriental. La decoración es majestuosa; posee bellos elementos característicos como una estatua de Buddah ubicada en la sala principal y delicada porcelana China para tomar el té.
Mi opción para la tarde fue un Cheesecake Soufflé y un Cappuccino, ambos fueron presentados elegantemente y sabían delicioso.
Si buscabas un lindo recorrido de fin de semana, este es imperdible.

At China Town you can find bazzars and gift stores, fashion and flower shops, supermarkets with exclusive Asian food, a wide variety of restaurants, cultural centers, churchs and so much more.
One of the places you should definitely visit is BuddhaBA. a beautiful restaurant with tea house, art gallery and oriental garden. The decoration is majestuous, the place is full of pretty and characteristic items such as a Buddah statue situated in the main room and dainty Chinese porcelain to have tea with.
My option for the afternoon tea were a Soufflé Cheesecake and a Cappuccino. both were elegantly served and tasted delicious.
If you were looking for a sightseeing weekend, this place is what you needed.

Wandering: San Telmo

Esta vez fui con mi hermana y una compañera de ella a recorrer lugares de trabajo por San Telmo, Buenos Aires. Tomé unas pocas fotos porque era muy temprano y la mayoría de los locales se encontraban cerrados. Sin embargo me enamoré de aquellos que sí estaban abiertos y por apuro, no pude visitar. Prometo volver pronto.

This time I went with my sister and one of her classmates to look for a job in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. I took a few pictures because It was early and most of the shops were closed. Anyway I fell in love with those which were opened and I couldn`t visit. I promise I will be back soon.

Estas tres son del Starbucks Coffee de San Telmo. Adoré la decoración vintage con los cuadros, espejos y sillones. Todos los tonos del local eran en marrones y rojos.

Este es uno de los edificios sobre la calle Humberto 1ro. Es clásico y se encuentra cubierto con una hermosa enredadera.

Presentación - Introduction

Many people call me Ann, so can  you.

I´m a 24 year-old from Argentina. Who works as an English teacher and is a recently graduated kinder/baby teacher. I love art in all its ways such as drawing, singing, designing and so much more. I sing and play the piano, write poetry, design jewellry, fashion and graphics, dance and take random cute photos.

I love children and animals. I´m into spirituality. I´m inlove with my mother nature and I try to help her doing my best. I believe in almost anything from aliens to ghosts. I´m pro freedom and I stand for feminism and cultural/ gender diversity and equality

I´m a bit obsessed with tv series, movies, books, fitness, travelling and cooking. I don´t really like fandoms but I´ve watched more than 50 series in my whole life. Not including Anime (I also watch it). Love horror, cifi, romantic and drama movies/books.

My favourite kind of music is rock but I think I´m into indie, hardcore, post hardcore, metal core, deathcore, alternative and pop punk.

Many sub cultures inspire me but I  adore Pin up, Vintage and some Japanese subcultures such as  Otome Kei, anyway  I have a past as sitemodel so I´ll try to do my best to show you my outfits and the stuff I like.

I adore cute (kawaii) and creepy culture so don´t run if you are here and find  way too scary things or perhaps very sweet stuff.

I´m a hopeless romantic, a dreamer, a sensitive soul, sweet but also naughty. I´ve suffered a lot, I had an awful childhood and an  abusive relationship. Went to teraphy,  tried to leave… but here I am to tell you that you can make it if you never give up.

Tengo 24 años y soy de Argentina, trabajo como profesora de inglés y recientemente me recibí de profesora de nivel inicial. Amo las artes de todo tipo, dibujar, cantar, diseñar y muchas otras cosas. Canto y toco el piano, escribo poesía, diseño accesorios, ropa y hago diseño gráfico, bailo mucho y saco fotos bastante lindas.

Amo a los niños y a los animales, podría decirse que soy una persona espiritual y trato de hacer lo mejor por la madre Tierra y la naturaleza. Creo en cualquier cosa, incluso, en aliens y en fantasmas. Estoy a favor de la libertad y defiendo las posturas feministas , pro identidad y diversidad de género y cultura.

Soy obsesiva de las series, las películas, los libros, la salud, conocer nuevos lugar y la cocina. No me gusta mucho el fandom, pero creo que llegué a ver más de 50 series en toda mi vida. No estoy incluyendo animé (cosa que veo). Me encanta el horror, lo cifi, el drama y alguna que otra película romántica o libros así.

Mi estilo de música sería el rock, pero va desde el indie, el hardcore, el post, el metal core, el deathcore, alternative y pop punk.

Muchas subculturas me inspiran pero el Pin Up, el Vintage y algunos subestilos japoneses como el Lolita son lo mio. Tengo pasado como modelo web así que trataré de hacer lo mejor mostrando mis conjuntos y mis cosas.

Adoro lo tierno (kawaii) y lo tenebroso (creepy) así que no salgas corriendo si estás por acá y te encontras con cosas demasiado horrorosas o quizás muy dulces.

Soy una romántica empedernida, una soñadora con alma sensible, dulce pero a la vez malvada y traviesa. Sufrí mucho, tuve una infancia horrible y una relación violenta. Fui a terapia, quise irme… pero acá estoy para decirte que podés hacer cualquier cosa si nunca te rendís.
